Coach Jack Newman introduced the newest coach to join the Austin Tennis Academy staff this week to junior players in Academy. Drew Brown comes to Austin by way of Victoria where he’s been running his own tennis junior program.

Brown grew up in Florida, training as a top junior at Dewayne Hulquist and Nick Croswell’s academy at FSU which is where Blake Davis played college tennis. Montana State University recruited Brown to play D1 college tennis his junior and senior years where he held the #1 spot and was named team captain. MSU recruited him away from Tyler Junior College where during his sophomore year he helped his team win a National Championship.
